How to Return

1. Email us at returns@savenkey.com with your order number.
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging (if possible).
4. Drop it off at the nearest courier pickup point.
5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

Exchange

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on all orders. Same process as returns — just mention the new size/color you would like.
